Teilnahmeregeln

Teilnahmeberechtigt an der Aktion sind alle natürlichen Personen innerhalb der EU und der UK.
Es ist ausschließlich eine Teilnahme per Posting möglich. Eine Teilnahme mittels elektronischer Anmeldesysteme, sog. Sammeldienstleister, sowie sog. Wegwerf-E-Mails oder Trashmails wird nicht berücksichtigt.
Eine Person nimmt an der Aktion teil, in dem sie ein Foto/Bild mit dem vorgegebenen Hashtag öffentlich postet.

Die Erfassung der geforderten persönlichen Daten dient ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels. Die Gewinnerdaten werden zum Zwecke der Gewinnabwicklung übermittelt. Im Übrigen werden die Daten nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Sämtliche Daten werden nur für den Zweck und für die Dauer von 90 Tagen ab Ablauf des Teilnahmeschlusses des Gewinnspiels gespeichert und anschließend gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen. Persönliche Daten der Gewinner werden aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungsfristen für die Dauer von 6 Jahren ab Ablauf des Teilnahmeschlusses des Gewinnspiels aufbewahrt und anschließend gelöscht.
Der Teilnehmer ist für die Richtigkeit der angegebenen Kontaktdaten, insbesondere der Postadresse, selbst verantwortlich.

Ablauf

Nach Ende der Aktion werden die Gewinner von einer internen Jury bestimmt. Bei einem Gewinn werden die Gewinner aufgefordert, ihre persönlichen Daten einzugeben.
Bei einem Gewinn setzt sich der Veranstalter mit dem Gewinner mittels Social-Media-Account in Verbindung.

Gewinne

Es besteht die Chance auf die im Posting ausgelobten Gewinne.

Sonstige Bestimmungen

Die Teilnahme an der Aktion ist an die Nutzung sozialer Netzwerke gebunden. Darüber hinaus ist die Teilnahme an der Aktion kostenlos, mit Ausnahme der Übermittlungskosten, die nach dem von deinem gewählten Tarif deines lnternetproviders sowie Telefonanbieters bei der Code-Eingabe auf www.mex-berlin.de entstehen.
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
Die Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist ausgeschlossen.
Änderungen an den Gewinnen sind vorbehalten.
Für Datenverluste, insbesondere im Wege der Datenübertragung, weiterer technischer Defekte wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Die MEX Veranstaltungs-GmbH behält sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmer aufgrund von falschen Angaben, Manipulationen oder der Verwendung unerlaubter Hilfsmittel vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen.
Ausschließliches anwendbares Recht ist das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Sollten einzelne dieser Bestimmungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen hiervon unberührt.
Diese Teilnahmebedingungen können von der MEX Veranstaltungs-GmbH jederzeit ohne gesonderte Benachrichtigung geändert werden.

Giveaway Rules XPPEN Promotion 2025

Participation Rules

All natural persons residing within the EU and the UK are eligible to participate in the promotion.
Participation is only possible via posting. Participation through electronic registration systems, so-called entry services, as well as disposable or trash email addresses will not be considered.
A person participates in the promotion by publicly posting a photo/image with the designated hashtag.

The collection of the required personal data is solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. The winners‘ data will be transmitted for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Apart from that, the data will not be shared with third parties. All data will be stored only for this purpose and for a period of 90 days after the end of the giveaway entry period and will then be deleted, provided there are no legal retention obligations. Personal data of the winners will be retained for a period of 6 years after the end of the giveaway entry period due to statutory retention requirements and will then be deleted.
The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided, particularly the postal address.

Procedure

After the end of the promotion, the winners will be selected by an internal jury. In the event of a win, the winners will be asked to provide their personal data.
In the event of a win, the organizer will contact the winner via their social media account.

Prizes

There is a chance to win the prizes announced in the posting.

Other Provisions

Participation in the promotion is tied to the use of social networks. Apart from that, participation in the promotion is free of charge, except for transmission costs incurred according to the tariff of your chosen internet and telephone provider when entering the code at mex-berlin.de.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Cash payment of the prizes is excluded.
Changes to the prizes are reserved.
No liability is assumed for data loss, especially during data transmission, or other technical defects.
MEX Veranstaltungs-GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway due to false information, manipulations, or the use of unauthorized aids.
The exclusive applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
These terms and conditions of participation may be changed by MEX Veranstaltungs-GmbH at any time without separate notification.
